The large open plan lounge/dining area features timber floors, quality furnishings and a slow combustion fire. Wood is supplied for the combustion heater. TV, VCR and CD player is provided. The room is airy, light and opens out onto a balcony that overlooks the park reserve and ocean.  

The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with wall oven and microwave and a breakfast bar which is ideal for families. All crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are provided as well as the basics for cooking (key herbs/spices, sugar, S&P, olive oil, gladwrap, alfoil, condiments and teatowels).

Downstairs is the master bedroom with queen sized bed - wake up and open the curtains to enjoy the views and morning sun. There is also a Œdownstairs loftš which is fun for the kids - it sleeps three with one bunk bed and one single bed. Upstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bed. There are built-in wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms. A double sleeper sofa is in the living room.
Bathrooms with shower and toilet are on both floors (the main bathroom on the top floor has a bath). The laundry downstairs has a washing machine and dryer, together with ironing board and iron.

A gas BBQ and large covered entertainment area is out the back and opens onto the private back garden.
