Caves Beach is 1 hour 10 mins north from Hoprnsby and 30 mins south of Newcastle.

If coming from the F3 freeway from Hornsby, take the Swansea turnoff (old Pacific Hwy) and drive to Swansea. On entering Swansea turn right at the round-about to Caves Beach and make your way to the main beach.
